BOOKING CONDITIONS FOR ACCOMMODATION

Reservation requests for accommodation must be made directly on our website: https://campingplayalabota.es/. In case of doubt, you can contact us via email: reservas@campingplayalabota.es or by telephone on 959 314 537.

The reservation will be effective once we have collected the deposit, which will be 30% of the total amount of the stay. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided in your booking. The remaining amount of your stay will have to be paid on the day of your arrival and in case of early departure the money will not be refunded.

In high season we only accept bookings for a minimum of 7 nights, with arrival/departure any day of the week except Saturdays. The rest of the year the minimum stay is 2 nights (3 nights on long weekends).

When you make a reservation you will never be confirmed a specific accommodation number.

Equipment:

Equipped with cutlery and kitchen utensils for the number of places according to the contracted model. Bed linen is included as well as bath towels. The change of linen will be weekly, however you can request a change of sheets on request at the price of 9 € per bed and 2 € per set of towels.

The accommodation is delivered clean and must be returned in the same condition on the day of departure. In case of damage or lack of equipment, the credit or debit card provided at the time of booking will be charged accordingly.

Admission:

The accommodation will be at the client’s disposal from 15:00 h until 22:00 h on the day of arrival. Late arrivals must be notified to reception.

Departure will take place before 11:00 a.m. on the contracted day of departure.

1 vehicle is included free of charge for accommodation.

Domestic animals:

Pets are allowed in some of our accommodations (check on the website). The cost is 10 €/day per pet and a maximum of 2 pets are allowed. Pets must present a vaccination certificate at check-in.

Occupation:

The maximum occupancy may never exceed the number of places allowed according to the model. The accommodation is for the exclusive use of the customers staying there. Those customers who are staying at the campsite and have family or friends staying in any type of accommodation in any type of accommodation, will not be able to use the facilities and services of the same.

If the accommodation is not occupied before 10 pm on the day of arrival (unless prior notice has been given), the campsite management will be free to dispose of it and the deposit will be forfeited. If you are unable to arrive on the scheduled day, please let us know and we will keep your accommodation for you. However, you will be charged for all days booked.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be requested in writing by email to: reservas@campingplayalabota.es.

Cancellation is free of charge up to 30 days before the scheduled date of entry.

Forfeiture of 50% of the deposit if the cancellation is made between 30 and 10 days before the scheduled arrival date.

Loss of 100% of the deposit if the cancellation is made less than 10 days before the planned arrival date.

Under no circumstances will we refund reservations due to inclement weather.
