BOOKING CONDITIONS FOR ACCOMMODATION

The booking request can be made by telephone, email: reservas@campingplayalabota.es or directly on our website: www.campingplayalabota.es and you will have to wait for your provisional confirmation.

Then, within 7 days at the latest, you will have to send us a deposit of 30% of the total invoice (minimum €50 for cabins/studios and €30 for lodges). Failure to make the payment before the indicated date will result in the cancellation of the booking request.

The reservation will be effective once we have received the bank transfer to our account, Banco Santander S.A., account number: ES26 0049 4439 5620 1003 4450 Holder : Dipinsur, S.L., indicating your name and booking dates. The advance payment may also be made by Visa or Mastercard, for telephone or face-to-face bookings.  As soon as possible, the customer will be notified by e-mail of the confirmation of their booking.

In high season only bookings for a minimum of 2 nights are accepted, the rest of the year the minimum stay is 2 nights (3 nights on long weekends).

When you make a reservation you will never be confirmed a specific number of accommodation.

The total amount of your stay will have to be paid on the day of your arrival and in case of early departure no money will be refunded.

Equipment:

Equipped with cutlery and kitchen utensils for the number of places according to the contracted model. Bed linen is included but not towels. Sets of towels can be rented at an additional cost. The linen change will be weekly, however, you can request a change of sheets at the price of 9 € per bed.

The accommodation is delivered clean and must be returned in the same condition on the day of your departure.

Admission:

The accommodation will be at the client’s disposal from 15:00 h until 22:00 h on the day of arrival. Late arrivals must be notified to the reception.

Check-out must take place before 11:00 h on the contracted day of departure.

On arrival, a deposit will be required to cover any possible damages. This deposit is payable by credit card.

Only 1 vehicle is allowed free of charge per accommodation.

NO pets are NOT allowed.

Pets are only allowed in the shelters and mobilehomes. The cost is 10€ per day.

Occupancy:

Maximum occupancy may never exceed the number of places admitted according to model. The cabins, studios and shelters are for the exclusive use of the customers staying in them. Clients who have registered with the campsite and who have relatives or friends staying in any type of accommodation will not be able to use the facilities and services of the same.

If the accommodation is not occupied before 22:00 on the day of arrival (unless prior notice is given), the campsite management will be free to dispose of it, and the amount paid on account will be forfeited. If you are unable to arrive on the scheduled day, please let us know and we will keep your accommodation. However, all days booked will be invoiced.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For bookings made 30 days in advance.

Cancellations must be requested in writing by email: reservas@campingplayalabota.es indicating a credit account number if applicable.

Forfeiture of 25% of the deposit if cancellation is made more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date.

Loss of 50% of the deposit if the cancellation is made between 10 and 30 days before the planned arrival date.

Forfeiture of 100% of the deposit if the cancellation is made less than 10 days before the planned check-in date.

Then, within a maximum of 7 days you will have to send us a deposit of 100 € as a guarantee of your reservation.

The advance payment may also be made by Visa or Mastercard, for telephone or face-to-face bookings.  As soon as possible, the customer will be notified by e-mail of the confirmation of their booking.

IMPORTANT RULES

  • The minimum stay is 10 nights in July and August.
  • You contract an assigned pitch (in case of availability you will be offered the possibility to request a specific number of pitch). The campsite reserves the right to change the pitch at any time and offer an equivalent pitch.
  • The total amount of your stay must be paid on the day of your arrival, minus the deposit. Any modification during the stay, both in the number of people and days booked, will be communicated immediately to Reception. In any case, the minimum amount to be invoiced will be for the period of days booked.
  • The reserved pitch will be at your disposal from 12 noon on the day of arrival and must be vacated before 12 noon on the day of departure.
  • If the pitch is not occupied before 10 p.m. on the day of arrival (unless prior notice is given), the campsite management will be free to dispose of it and the amount paid on account will be forfeited. If you are unable to arrive on the scheduled day, please let us know and we will keep the pitch for you, but you will be charged for all the days booked.
  • The maximum occupancy per pitch is 6 persons and 1 vehicle.
  • The rates may vary due to changes in current legislation.
