Hello again! I’m Susana, your accomplice at the reception of Camping Playa la Bota, and today I’m writing with a smile on my face, because I can finally tell you that our new accommodation is now available: the Premium Caravan!

I’ve seen her parked in her plot for weeks now, putting the finishing touches to her, and I couldn’t wait to show her to you. So… come on in, I’ll introduce you to her.

A great little home for you

• Capacity for 3 persons. Perfect for couples with a small child or for those travelling with their best (human) friend.

• Private parking and terrace. Arrive, park and, in two steps, lie in the hammock with a refreshing drink while the sun filters through the tops of the eucalyptus trees.

• Double bed + sofa bed. Because rest is sacred, especially after a day at the beach.

• Air-conditioning and air-conditioning. Not one degree more, not one degree less: to your liking.

• Equipped outdoor kitchen. Fridge, microwave, coffee machine and all the necessary utensils so that the smell of morning coffee mixes with the saltpetre.

• Cosy living room. Sofa, tables and TV for those nights of films and blankets… or a decisive match.

• Full bathroom outside. Private, towels included; stepping out of the shower and feeling the sand still between your toes is a guilty pleasure.

• Terrace with garden table and hammocks. For eternal naps or breakfasts with seagulls in the background.

Important note: We want all our guests to rest easy, so pets are not allowed in this particular accommodation.

Why choose the Premium Caravan?

I confess: I am one of those who need their own little bubble of comfort, but I don’t want to give up the birdsong or the sound of the waves. This caravan was born for those of you who feel the same way. It’s like having a suite, but with the sand just a stone’s throw away and the sky for a roof.

And with private parking and terrace, you don’t have to worry about finding shade every time you park or sharing your favourite spot with anyone else. It is your space, your rhythm, your orange sunsets over the marshes.

Perfect plan around

• La Bota beach: a three-minute walk away; at low tide there are real highways for barefoot strolling.

• Punta Umbría: 5 km away, ideal for a fried fish dinner overlooking the Atlantic.

• Huelva capital city: 11 km away; a short hop to visit its historic centre and refuel with Iberian ham.

• Seville or Algarve: in less than an hour you are toasting with manzanilla or vinho verde… depending on the direction.

I know that every season brings its own novelty, but this caravan has me particularly excited. Maybe it’s because it combines the best of both worlds: the freedom of camping and the comfort of a small hotel.

As I always say to those who cross the gate for the first time: enjoy it slowly. Take a deep breath of the pine forest, listen to how the sea breaks in the background and let the sand act as an alarm clock. Here, time is measured in tides, not in hours.
